I’m Not a Bodybuilder… But sort of.

I get a lot of comments from people about how I should be working out, how much I should eating, how much I should not eating, and the list goes on. My response is usually the same…we all have different goals. My goal is to stay fit while juggling work, family, and other commitments, and help as many other guys do the same. I want to redefine the approach to fitness for guys that are super busy, just like me.  When I started working out my goal never was to get on a stage and compete in a bodybuilding or figure competition. I just wanted to lose some weight, build and little muscle and hopefully see some of my abs. All these years later, I still do not want to compete because I know that I don’t have the discipline nor do I have the time. I truly respect those that do compete and think it’s amazing what people can accomplish with their bodies.

This is why my approach is different than many others. Some of the best fitness and nutrition programs were written and designed by professional bodybuilders. But the reality is that guys like us usually don’t have the time nor the discipline to follow their programs.  Then we quickly get burnt out from exhausting work outs and disgusting food that we are supposed to prepare on Sunday and eat on Friday.  I’ve tried all of that seriously used to dry heave as I forced five-day-old chicken breast and broccoli down my esophagus.  When I say I’m not a bodybuilder, I don’t train or eat like most bodybuilders. However, I’m definitely interested in having a symmetrical and muscular body.  My approach definitely gets results with WAY less effort than most would think.  And it certainly does not involve hours on a treadmill or elliptical of any kind.  And the best part is, the results are easily maintained for years!  I’m currently not charging anything for my program so if you’re interested either email me directly or send me a direct message on Instagram.  No pressure, never will be…it’s totally up to you.
